Help keep our logistics operations moving. As a Sal Dispatcher, you’ll coordinate drivers, manage routes, communicate with customers, and help ensure deliveries are completed efficiently, safely, and on time.
Responsibilities
Coordinate drivers, routes, pickups, and deliveries efficiently.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely completion of services.
Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve freight related issues.
Update and manage freight information within our logistics system.
Help optimize routes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Provide professional and responsive customer service.
Requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working with computers and logistics software.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service experience is an asset.
