1. Creating an account

To send out deliveries with Sal., we provide free account that grants full access to our dedicated client portal. This portal provides everything you need to efficiently manage your local deliveries. All features and services are fully accessible—nothing is hidden behind additional fees. Your success is our success, and we’re committed to supporting your business every step of the way.

What’s required

Your business location
Sal’s driver comes to your location and picks up your packages.

Contact details
We need to be able to contact someone at your pickup location.

2. Adding delivery information

Getting delivery information into Salcourier is easy—it has to be. We support multiple ways for data entry to fit with any workflow. Deliveries can be added, edited, or cancelled at anytime before they’re scheduled for pickup.

Accurate information ensures a smooth delivery and lets our team handle any possible situation that may happen.

What’s Needed

Full street address including postal code

Customer’s contact details
For sending delivery notifications and tracking information. We will only attempt to contact them if there is an issue regarding their package delivery.

Additional details
If the delivery contains any trace of alcohol, requires a legal age check, or cannot be left at the door.

3. Scheduling for pickup

Multiple daily pickup windows means you’re not waiting around all day for a courier and have the flexibility to run your operations. You can schedule a pickup in advance or on the same day as the pickup window you want.

What to expect

Pickup instructions
You can set default pickup instructions if you wish to direct our Couriers to a different door or a specific part of your location.

The pickup
Our Couriers will come to your location during the requested pickup window, scan the packages to ensure they have the correct ones, and deliver them right away.

4. The Delivery

Our courier will scan each package upon pickup and delivery which will update the package status and live tracking. Packages are delivered on the same day as pickup, we do not bring them to a depot or hold them over night.

POD
Photo is taken for every delivery as proof of delivery.

Signature
ensures that your package is delivered securely and verifiably. A signature from the recipient is required upon delivery, providing you with confirmation that the package has arrived at its intended destination. This added layer of security helps mitigate disputes and ensures accountability, giving you peace of mind with every delivery.
